Delivery

Delivery Policy

Once your order is placed, we aim to deliver your machine within 2–3 working days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A second email will be sent be sent with your tracking details and delivery information.

For more remote areas of the UK, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

On the day of delivery, someone must be present at the delivery address between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to receive the item.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and requires re-delivery, an additional delivery charge may apply.

We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including loss of earnings or downtime, resulting from delivery delays or equipment being unavailable for use.
